Pick one thing: the simple fix for writing overwhelm
You’re not putting off writing because you feel you don’t have anything to say. It’s because you have too much. Getting that blog post published feels like a mountain to climb. You’ve got all these different elements vying for attention and you’re struggling to find time to go through and do them all justice.
Stop.
Take a step back.
Without looking at any of the material in front of you, think what you would say if someone asked: “What are you working on?”
Or, “What do you do?”
Jot that down.

Then think about whether there are any themes: Who does your work help? Why did you set up your business? What can someone expect to get from working with you?
Each one of those questions is a separate topic. And there are likely to be subtopics within them.
Instead of trying to write THE BLOG POST, pick one aspect, one theme, one issue, and write about that.
And if you’re not onto blogs yet but you’re trying to cram it all onto the homepage of your website, then that simple answer you gave your friend or colleague about what you’re working on is all you need: “Doing x for y so that they can do z”. Then share how they can access your service and invite them to sign up for updates or get in touch directly.
